I’m the owner and main caregiver of this beautiful home-based daycare and preschool that provides affordable care and quality early childhood education for children up to 12 years old. I’m a licensed provider with 7 years of professional experience and a Child Development Associate's Degree. Before opening my own daycare, I worked as a director for another licensed facility. I’m also CPR & First-aid certified, so you can be sure that your child is safe with us at all times. At Cavanaugh Crossing Playhouse, we understand that we have a crucial role in your child’s growth and development which is why, we make sure that each one of our little students receives plenty of individualized attention and high-quality care.

We know how difficult it is for you to leave your child to someone you barely know, but we want you to have peace of mind while you're away working. We want you to feel confident that your child is in safe hands. We work hand in hand with parents to ensure we meet your family's needs and exceed your expectations. Our staff is dedicated to providing excellent care and early education tailored to each child’s age and developmental stage. We also create a loving and safe learning environment where your child can grow. We want you to feel that our facility is just an extension of your home.

Cavanaugh Crossing Playhouse uses the play-based learning approach. We offer a stimulating environment where our students can learn from discovery, play, and educational activities (e.g. reading and writing). Our program helps them develop their socio-emotional, physical, mental, and intellectual skills. If weather permits, we bring children outside to our private playground where they enjoy their outdoor playtime. Our home daycare is open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday (note that regular tuition covers a maximum of 10h of care per day). We provide full-time care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children between the age of 6 weeks and 12 years old. We prepare and serve nutritious organic lunch and snacks (these are all included in the tuition!) and we maintain a peanut and tree-nut free facility to prevent possible allergies.
