Marynell Whitcomb of A Child's Place and Rachel Graves of the University Parents Nursery School have created "The Tree House School,"! Which opened in February 2010. In our warm and rich natural setting children will learn through fun hands-on experiences in our outdoor classroom. We encourage children to be independent self confident learners. we teach respect for all living things. Our exciting and engaging environment will connect children with nature; bringing math, science, social studies , art, music and language skills to life. We offer a nurturing teaching staff, flexible schedules,nutritious snacks, excellent teacher-child ratios, potty training, and the comfort of being at home.
