Before I decided to become a Childcare Provider; I worked in the Medical field for approx. 14 years as a M.A, Laboratory Assist., and lastly an Office Manager for a Pediatric Cardiologist. As a Mother, Grandmother and Childcare Provider, I feel these are the most important positions I have ever held. Please remember that I am not a ?baby sitter,? while the children are in my care, he/she will learn manners, respect others and cooperative play to encourage and build on each child's individuality.
