Teachers & Staff

The teachers at Blaine KinderCare are passionate about children and providing the highest quality care. We have many long-term staff who are consistent and reliable teachers. Together we have more than 207 years of combined experience! All of our teachers have either a bachelor’s degree or child development associate credential, and strive for excellence through continuing education. Each of our teachers have completed state-required trainings such as first aid, CPR, and SIDS to name a few. We encourage you to come in and meet our teachers and see how we provide a positive and encouraging environment filled with fun, age-appropriate learning activities every day.

Health & Safety

Child safety is our primary focus. Our center has a dedicated Health and Safety Coordinator who focuses every day on keeping our center accident-free! All of the staff are certified in first aid and CPR.

This center has NAEYC accreditation. National Association for the Education of Young Children is the world's largest organization working on behalf of young children. NAEYC established a national, voluntary accreditation system to set professional standards for early childhood education programs and to help families identify high-quality programs. The NAEYC Accreditation Criteria address all aspects of an early childhood program, including interactions among teachers and children, curriculum, interactions among teachers and families, administration, staff qualifications and professional development, staffing patterns, physical environment, health and safety, nutrition and food service, and program evaluation.
