Welcome and thank you for visiting the Millard KinderCare web page! We educate children from ages six weeks through 12 years old. Our research-based curriculum provides the best possible education for children. We transport school-age students to and from Bryan and Rockwell Elementary schools, as well as provide a fun summer camp when the students are out of school. We are also now serving military families through Child Care Aware fee assistance. Finding the right place and the right people for your children's education and care is a big decision. We welcome you to come in and experience a clean, safe, fun, and structured atmosphere. Please contact us to schedule your visit. We look forward to meeting you and your family, and we are proud to be part of the accredited centers in Nebraska!
Teachers & Staff
We are proud to provide our families and children with over 156 years of combined early childhood experience. Our excellent team of teachers work together to support each other, as well as the children and their families. We have biannual trainings for our staff to develop their teaching skills. Each day we come to work knowing the enrichment we provide to each child in our care is making a difference in their lives.
Health & Safety
Ensuring the safety of the children is of the utmost importance. We have staff that are CPR and First Aid trained. We understand the policies and procedures that are in place at pick-up and drop-off times, which allow only authorized persons to take children out of the center. Every 30 minutes throughout the day, each classroom performs name-to-face attendance to ensure all children are accounted for. Secured access to the building is provided through use of a keypad entry system, and the building and playground are fenced. Our on-site Health and Safety Coordinator, Ms. Missy, educates, evaluates, and coaches teachers and staff on best practices.
has NAEYC accreditation.
National Association for the Education of Young Children is the world's largest organization working on behalf of young children. NAEYC established a national, voluntary accreditation system to set professional standards for early childhood education programs and to help families identify high-quality programs. The NAEYC Accreditation Criteria address all aspects of an early childhood program, including interactions among teachers and children, curriculum, interactions among teachers and families, administration, staff qualifications and professional development, staffing patterns, physical environment, health and safety, nutrition and food service, and program evaluation.
