The Early Learning & Development Center, Parkville

The Early Learning & Development Center, Inc. (ELDC,Inc.) is open year round from 7 am until 6 pm Monday through Friday; except in the cases of inclement weather and federal holidays. The Center enrolls students between the ages of 6 weeks to 13 years. Breakfast is served from 7:45 am until 8:45 am. During 2 hour delays breakfast will not be served. Children that enter the Center after 9 am must have a doctors note.

It is the philosophy of the Center to create a stable environment in which the student is provided with all elements to promote their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social growth. We believe in establishing an environment where nurturing is as important as the student's educational growth. The Center believes that the future of our students begins with full interaction on all levels of growth.
