Cedar Ridge Kiddie House, Reston

Welcome to Cedar Ridge Kiddie House in Reston, my small and intimate family child care program. My home daycare is located in the Cedar Ridge Apartments complex, near Wiehle Ave (route 828) and Baron Cameron Ave (route 606). My facility is just a few minutes away from Leesburg Pike (route 7), Dulles Toll Road (route 267), Fairfax County Pkwy (route 286).

I’m the owner and main caregiver, and I have 8 years of child care experience. Like you, I’m also a parent, a mom to 5 children, so I can relate to your needs and concerns when it comes to finding the best second home for your little one. I’m CPR and First-aid certified, so you can be sure that your child is safe under my care at all times. I strive to create an intimate environment where every child feels loved and safe.

My home-based daycare is open all year-round 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday (though please note that regular tuition is for up to 10 hours of care, please inquire if you need more than 10 hours per day). If needed, I can also offer weekend care on Saturday and Sunday (please email to ask about the weekend care cost). I provide full-time and part-time care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers up to 5 years old. I can also offer before and afterschool care for school-agers, up to 12 years old. I serve peanut and tree-nut free lunch and snacks to kids attending my program and these meals are already included in the tuition. Cedar Ridge Kiddie House is a play-based learning program, so children learn through play. In addition to English, I speak Arabic fluently and upon your request, I can teach your child this foreign language. If weather permits, I bring the kids to the nearby community park where we spend our outdoor playtime.
