Shepherd's Care Day School is a ministry of First Church of the Nazarene and a state licensed child care facility. We care for children from 6 weeks old through 12 years old.
Our goals are:
*To provide safe and loving care for children while they are away from their home.
*To provide developmentally-appropriate learning for each child.
*To teach religious, social, and cultural values to children through stories, songs, Bible verses, prayer, and playing in large and small group experiences.
*To teach basic letter and number concepts so preschool children are prepared for elementary school. We use the A-Beka curriculum.
*To provide guidance that will help each child adjust to adults and children other than their family.
