Little Kings and Queens Home Daycare is a year-round home-based daycare in Rockford, IL. Our family child care program is run by Victoria Horton who has 22 years of child care experience. We are open from 6:00 am until noon and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 12 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full-time and part-time child care, including drop-in care. We also have summer camp, as well as before and after school care for children up to 12 years old. Victoria Horton is incompetent when it comes to children. She left my daughter unsupervised in her basement area daycare where she climbed out of a crib, falling and sustaining a skull fracture. Victoria’s daycare was not insured at the time of the incident; if you care about your children’s safety, don’t send them here.
