Portia Carrington Family Child Care is a year-round home-based daycare in Virginia Beach, VA. I'm so glad that I have chosen this daycare. My daughter have learn so much and on top of that my daughter loves to go there. She does so many great activities for the kids. Mrs. Carrington really treat the kids like her own, I'm glad she is in the business for caring.
