I am writing this because I wish I had seen an honest review on BRLC West Mifflin when looking. We had few issues in 2 1/2 years until the end. You won't see any dings from the state on this place. They know how to look perfect when necessary. The director and owner are very unprofessional and gossip or post about other parents. Several staff constantly on phones. Director's elementary age child carrying around infants. Kids being told police... more
