Auburn Farm Montessori Daycare

About Us Hi parents, thank you for your interest in Auburn Farm... Montessori Daycare, my family child care and preschool program in Aldie, VA. I am the owner and lead teacher, and I am a mother with 15 years of experience in child care and early education (including teaching in a Montessori School). I hold a Child Development Associates’ degree and I am also CPR and First Aid certified, as well as MAT trained (so I can administer medication to your child if needed.) My home daycare hours are from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. I offer both full-time and part-time daycare options (including drop-in care), and have a Montessori preschool program for toddlers and preschoolers. Breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks are included in the tuition for the children in my care. My goal is to provide safe and quality child care and early education for children between 2 months to 5 years old. I also offer after school care for school-age children up to 6 years old. Montessori Approach Auburn Farm Montessori Daycare offers a unique home-based environment where children can learn and play. I am certified by AMI (Association Montessori International) and in our Montessori daycare, the child is the center of our program. Our mission is to prepare your little one for future educational endeavors to help them become positive citizens to the world. We recognize that each child is unique, and thus create an environment where children can grow and learn at their own pace based on their very own intellectual, physical, and emotional needs. Our early learning program is designed to meet key milestones based on age groups. Infants and toddlers need quality child care and education as well as nurturing relationships with their caregiver and teacher. Our infant and toddler programs offer have a positive and long-lasting impact on their future. Our Programs Infants: our infant program focuses on early sensory skills in a safe, peaceful, and nurturing environment for babies 2 to 18 months. Infants learn the world through their close environment and our infant room is set up so that everything is adequate for young babies. We focus on all aspects of your child’s development so your little one will be cared for by an experienced and qualified caregiver who will interact with your child to stimulate sensory, cognitive, language, social, and emotional needs. Toddlers and preschoolers: for toddlers (over 18 months), we focus on language, math and science, as well as practical life. Our language exercises help children develop oral, writing and reading skills. We encourage children to read and participate in discussions among themselves. Mathematics activities include learning shapes, space, and numbers. We also use Montessori materials to develop basic (age-appropriate) math concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Practical life activities help children learn everyday life tasks; we help them learn how to care themselves, how to care for the environment, and we also teach positive manners. Location Auburn Farm Montessori Daycare is located near Auburn Farm Rd in Aldie (near Loudoun Crossing, just a few minutes away from Pinebrook Elementary School and Braddock Rd). Malalai Faezea Family Child Care

Welcome parents! I am the owner of Malalai Faezea Family Child Care,... in Chantilly. I have 15 years experience working with kids and have worked for many years in a Montessori School with children. I decided to become a home daycare provider because I love this job, and I love working with kids and being around kids. I also have a very good relationship with all the parents who come to my daycare and I work with the parents to make sure they are happy and their children are happy. My daycare schedule is as follows: 7am-8am: children arrive and we have breakfast 8am-8:30am: free play time 8:30am-9am: story time 9am-10am: circle time where we learn colors, numbers, shapes, ABC's 10am-10:30am: outdoor play time 10:30am-11:00am: changing time and free play 11:00am-12pm: lunch time 12pm-12:30pm: T.V. time 12:30pm-2pm: nap time 2pm-end of day: we have snack time and then free play with blocks, legos, toys, puzzles, coloring, arts & crafts, etc. At my Family Child Care, I try to make sure that the children are ready for school, so I make sure they learn the alphabet and the older kids (over 3) will start learning how to write letter and draw shapes. Children and parents love my daycare, and I have a very good relationship with the families that come here. The children will stay with me from infant until they are school age. Even after they leave my daycare, I often stay in touch with the families, they call and visit me! I try to make my daycare feel like a second home for my families, and I provide a very caring environment children in my care. Please contact me and come visit my daycare. I can offer you many parent references when you come and meet with me so that you can be sure and confident in my daycare for your child.
