Roina's Home Daycare Center offers a safe and nurturing environment where your child will get the attention and care that he or she needs. I am a mother of 3 with a Bachelors degree in Education and 12 years of child care experience. At our family child care program, we offer warm home-cooked meals, activities that include arts and crafts, painting, drawing, learning abc's, 123's, shapes, colors, listening to music, dancing and so much more. Our home daycare has a separate sleeping area, lunch area, and play area, so children have plenty of space to explore and play!
Roina's Home Daycare Center in Springfield, VA provides a warm and supportive environment in which our little students benefit from a range of development opportunities. These opportunities include the interaction with other children, individual attention to each child’s strengths and needs, and activities designed to promote physical, social, emotional and intellectual development. To ensure that these services are provided, we only employ qualified and trained caregivers, and we follow a specifically designed curriculum.
We are open from 6:00am to 6:00pm, and offer full-time child care for children infants to five years old. Your child will receive high-quality and individualized child care and early education in a warm and loving home, where they can feel safe and happy and can begin to build confidence and a positive self image. Our facilities are designed to provide both a nurturing home-like atmosphere, along with large dedicated areas for the children to actively learn and play in.

We are so happy that we chose this daycare for our baby girl! This is our first baby so of course we were nervous when choosing a daycare. We were quickly reassured that we chose the right one! Every day at drop off our baby is excited to see this provider and when I pick her up she is happy, well-fed, and freshly changed. This center is set up very professionally and has designated sleep and play areas for different age groups. We began sending our infant to this daycare during Covid times. This provider takes the necessary precautions to keep the children and everyone safe. The center is clean and welcoming and the provider is an incredibly pleasant individual. She is professional, experienced, her center is tidy, and her flexibility makes it convenient for us. We are beyond satisfied with our decision to enroll here!

This is a fantastic daycare. This provider is kind, patient, and has a way with kids that is hard to find elsewhere. This provider's home is very clean, organized, and arranged in a way that is very condusive to a positive environment for kids. Her hours are also very flexible. Overall, this is an excellent and nurturing place for infants, toddlers, and young kids.

We love the provider! Our 20 month old has been with this provider since she was 10 months. We know that everyday she is safe and in great hands. We feel that this provider loves our child genuinely. She has become like another grandmother to our daughter. Our child has learned so much in the time that she has spent here. She can say that alphabet, count to 21, is learning her colors and shapes, knows some words in Farsi, and has learned countless songs and dances. She learns through play and has so much fun each day. We are so grateful we found this provider

Our son has been going to this provider for 3 months now and started when he was 4 months old. Since the very beginning, this provider has treated him as her own! She's extremely loving and pays attention to all aspects of his well being. We consider ourselves very lucky for finding this provider and plan to stay here for a long time.

Where to begin?! As a first time Momma, finding the right daycare provider had been one of the most stressful things to go through. My husbband and and I are so grateful to have found this provider and her daycare staff. Our daughter Riley started attending this daycare for over a year now and has been flourishing ever since! This provider treats all the children at her home as if they were her own. Her calm presence and unwavering patience with all of the children is something to witness to say the least! This provider is very flexible and works with each child to ensure their individual needs are met. Whenever Riley has a cough, or bad diaper rash, is teething, etc, This provider and her staff go above and beyond to make sure she’s taken care of while I’m at work. I seriously cannot stress enough how comforting it is to know your child is in good hands, especially when they aren’t feeling well. We visited many in-home and facility daycares in the Springfield area and hands-down this provider was the best quality to cost option available. We plan on having a second child within the next year or so and are already hoping this provider will have an opening! She’s truly been a Godsend for two working parents who want the best for their children.

I am happy to be given the opportunity to write a review, because I think this provider is great, and my experience with her has been wonderful. I started taking my soon there at 3 months old, he is now 9 months. She speaks Dari/Farsi/English which is great for us because we are Persian and American. The facilities are very nice and always clean. I walked into the daycare one time when the were doing a major cleaning - all of the furniture had been moved and the rooms emptied. The place had been cleaned from the bottom up, which I found out happens every 6 months. That made my husband and I very relieved, as most daycares tend to only clean surfaces (in my experience).
Also, as a new frantic mom I went to pull the reports for her daycare online and did not see any red flags. Everything looked very good, and after speaking with her I found out she attends a class once a month to stay in compliance with Virginia licensing requirements. In my opinion, she goes above and beyond.
She is also very reasonably priced. With my budget, I cannot afford a very expensive daycare - so I was very pleased when I saw that she was reasonably priced, especially for the area that I live in.
Overall, I really like this daycare.The provider keeps to her routine, which makes it much easier on me (being a working mom). She is consistent and very reliable. She has also been very patient with me, which is saying a great deal because I have had *all* of the new mom crises that one can go through. She has also coached me through certain scenarios when I had questions, and she has given me well received advice on newborns/food/teething/you name it. That being said, she goes above and beyond the call of duty. If you choose this provider as your daycare provider, I think you will be in good hands.

We miss this provider and her family caring for our girls!!! She took excellent care of my first born starting at 3 months of age through age 3 in which we decided to put her in a church based preschool. She always gave daily report of Jadyn, accomplishments and concerns and taught kids to be ever so respectful and how to mind their manners in which we just followed what she was doing at our home being new parents and all. Now Jadyn is 5 but does things on her own without instruction or reminder to put her plate away, put toys away, etc. This is all her doing! I couldn't be happier with how she cared for and loved my daughter, not to mention the time she took to teach her a lot of what she learned during that time.

We absolutely love this daycare facility. The home environment is loving and educational. My son loves to go to daycare and asks to go. He has been going there for about a year and will continue to go until he is too old for day care. The owner has been extremely helpful, very flexible and is one of the nicest and most caring child care provider we know. We love this daycare and encourage other people to put their children in her care.

This provider cared for my children, Miles and Caroline, as if they were her own children. Her entire family became extended family to us. While in her care, my kids were well fed, well played and well loved. We have since moved away, and often wish we could have taken the entire daycare family with us. I rate them 5-stars on everything, but wasn't sure how to categorize the curriculum section. At the time we were there, there wasn't a set curriculum, per se, though the children were engaged with developmentally-appropriate learning activities. Best of all, the provider shared her language with my children, and studies show that children who learn a second language have enhanced learning outcomes later in school.

It's a great daycare. You can trust them with your child. I have been through a lot of daycares but this is best one so far. I will highly recommend this day care to everyone! Very clean, pleasant environment for your child to learn and explore and very reasonable price!!!

We've been bringing our son to this daycare since he was 6-months old, he is now soon to be two. Our experience from day one has been very positive. We like the home environment because it is very inviting and our son seems to feel right at home. We like the fact that our son gets to interact with older kids and observe and learn from them as well as with younger kids and learn to be gentle and kind with them. The caregivers are very nurturing and loving towards the kids. I have a work schedule that changes very often and they've always been very accommodating to last minute changes. I am expecting my second son and I look forward to having him join his big brother. We're grateful we found this place for our son and highly recommend it!

My family has been a client of this daycare for over 3 years now-- first with our oldest until he was ready to go to preschool, and currently with our youngest who is 17 months. I think this daycare is a great hybrid because they have many of the same amenities of a larger day care center & are subject to regular county inspections while offering the comforting, loving "family" environment of a home daycare. My oldest son learned quite a bit in their care-- he came home having learned a couple new songs, counting 1-10, ABC's, colors etc. by age 3 (he's now 3.5 and thriving in preschool, ahead of his peers). I also really appreciate how flexible the provider is with scheduling-- my work schedule shifts around from time to time and they have always been great at accommodating that. My sons both love the owner/lead provider & she is like another grandmother to them. :-) I have no doubt that the children are all loved and well cared for over there by her and her assistants.
