Consuelo's Home Daycare Belle Haven, Alexandria, Virginia A local Belle Haven bilingual (Español) home day care. Hello parents, I am the owner and main caregiver of Consuelo's Home Daycare. I have been a member of APC for 9 years. My passion and experience is the education, wellbeing, and protection of our children. As God has on called me and provided me with nurturing, hospitality and service in my heart, my wish for this daycare is to provide you with excellent care, love, and safety for your child. I am a mother of 4 children, my oldest is in University and my youngest has just entered Kindergarten. I know how hard it is to leave our children in the care of someone else while we go to work. You can be rest assured that I will always care for your child as if they were my own. I provide full-time care for toddlers and preschoolers ranging from ages 2-6. Learning time and Activities include: ⁃ A,B,C's and Numbers ⁃ Colors and Shapes ⁃ Reading / Story time ⁃ Arts and Crafts ⁃ Group activities/games ⁃ Music and Dance ⁃ Learning about good behavior and group etiquette (sharing, saying please/thank you, etc.) We have created a happy, nurturing and safe environment, both inside our dedicate day care space and outside in our expansive yard. Additionally, I will provide healthy and nutritious meals for your children. This includes breakfast, homemade lunches, and snacks. Our family has been strictly socially distancing since March of last year and take all CDC recommended precautions before, during and after your children are in our home while creating a safe environment for no more than 4 young children to safely socialize while in our care. I know that as parents, we want our child's safety insured 100%. I hold a permit as a childcare provider in the county of Fairfax. My home has been evaluated and has passed inspections for general safety. I am also certified in First Aid, which is includes certification of AED and CPR for infants, children, and adults. I hope that these qualifications can add a sense of reassurance and comfort as you consider my service to you. We are open year-round from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday-Friday.
