R. took care of our son since he was 6 month old. After 2.5 years, I needed a day care provider who could take care of him earlier in the morning and therefor provided her with the legal two weeks notice requested by our contract. She claimed we would also owe her two weeks of paid vacation in advance which we refused to pay after having the contract checked by an attorney.
