Fun seemed to come before safety. In my experience, supervision was inconsistent on more than one occasion. When I raised concerns, the response felt dismissive more talk about “having fun” than tightening basic safety checks. We moved our child to a center that treats safety as the priority. If you value consistent supervision and clear protocols, I’d look elsewhere.
