Lanier Lullabies Child Development Center is a year-round center in Washington, DC. We are open from 8:00am until 6:00pm and care for children as young as 3 months through 4 years old, including children with special needs. We offer full time care. We provide meals and offer a peanut and tree-nut free environment. Lanier Lullabies Child Development Center is a Spanish immersion program. Our child attended Lanier Lullabies for a little over a year, and we absolutely loved our experience there. The owner, Julie, is professional, organized, and incredibly kind, and every single member of the teaching staff is skilled, caring, and attentive. Both of my daughters attended Lanier. We love the staff, and the director makes an effort to get to know each child. Lanier is a very nurturing environment, and the Spanish program is a big plus. The meals are nutritious and both kids loved the food and the cook. I will be very sad to leave when my youngest daughter enters pre-k.

Both of our children attended Lanier Lullabies, and best endorsement I can give is I got choked up when I realized our youngest was moving on to pre-k. The owner and staff have such love for the kids from activities, field trips, and care to the annual scrap books they put together of our kids' development over the past year. One could not ask for a better Day Care. The owner is dedicated, caring and professional. The care givers are incredibly kind and not only care for the children and their safety but they do a great job stimulating them and getting them interested in the world. They also help parents with providing us with feedback and suggestions when we raise issues with respect to things such as discipline, napping, etc.
