Welcome to Lilian’s Little Sunflowers Daycare, a warm and nurturing child care and preschool program located in the heart of Annandale, VA. I'm Lilian Llanos, the owner and director, and with over 10 years of experience and a Child Development Associate’s degree, I offer a professional yet home-like setting where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn.
My program is open full-time for children ages 12 months to 4 years and follows a structured, play-based curriculum with daily crafts, music, circle time, and outdoor activities. I also offer a bilingual Spanish program, helping young learners build early language skills in a fun and natural way.
Using the Teaching Strategies Curriculum, I guide each child through age-appropriate activities that support physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Our bright and inviting daycare space is thoughtfully arranged with learning centers, a sensory table, and a creative arts area to keep children engaged and excited to explore. I also provide nutritious meals each day in a peanut- and tree nut-free environment, included in tuition.

We love them. Our daughters always go and leave with excitement. You can just tell they love caring for the children. I go to work knowing my girls are safe, we are forever grateful.

Our daughter loves going to daycare here! She has been going here for about 2 months now and her face always lights up when we arrive and she sees the owner, her helpers, and the other kids. Some days, our daughter does not want to leave. These two things are strong indicators that she is safe, loved, and has so much fun here. This was our first time putting our daughter in daycare (she's 19.5 months) and we were nervous.

Where do I begin…. this family child care is a place to be. My daughter attended the day care and we loved it. We had to leave because we moved out of the area. The cleanliness, the care, the love, the joy that comes with that place is not something I can explain while typing. It sure is a place to be.
The provider is amazing and I’m glad we chose her child care center for our precious daughter.

Like a second home. As first time parents we were looking for a daycare that would have patience with my daughter since this would be her first time at daycare. This provider has done that and more. She is honestly the best. Very communicative with us about all the progress my daughter has made. My daughter loves going to daycare I couldn't have been happier with choosing this provider for daycare.

This provider is awesome! She is really nice with my child and well prepared as well. My little one is learning to languages at the same time and this provider helps her a lot! and its also really observative with the development of my child which helps me to identify in which areas I do need to work more with my daughter. I'm so happy with them.

The provider and her staff are very caring, loving, responsive with my son. The facility is a very clean, organized, and perfect learning environment for young children. It has been wonderful being aboe to leave my child with responsible and loving individuals while I’m at work. Would highly recommend this provider.

My daughters both started going to this daycare always been so loved. This is a great day care provider. She has good principles and morals. My daughters had lots of fun there and learned so much there! My daughters are 9 & 10 now and still Remember this provider and miss her so much. ;)
