Patricia Brown Family Child Care is a year-round home-based daycare in Damascus, MD. Our family child care program is run by Patricia Brown who has 28 years of child care experience. We are open from 6:30am until 5:30pm and care for children as young as 8 weeks through 12 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care. We also have before and after school care for children up to 12 years old. We provide meals. Ms. Patty appeared to be a wonderful daycare provider until I told her I needed to switch daycares to a center with longer hours to accommodate my job. I gave her 3 weeks’ notice and paid her in full for all three weeks. As soon as I gave my notice everything changed. Both of my children have been in the care of Patricia Brown since they were eight weeks old. My daughter is now in first grade and runs to hug her every time we pick up my son. My son is four and is in his last full year before starting kindergarten. Patricia has become such a huge part of our family that I can’t imagine our lives without her.
