Sonshine Childcare of Lanham is a before and after school program that provides daily enrichment activities, transportation to and from school in a small environment. Homework time is given everyday so that children can get a head start. Daily activities include chess, bible lesson, music, cooking clinic, scrap-booking, Spanish and much more. Socialization is the focus of the program children are able to take the time to talk to one another enjoy new activities and feel safe and secure within a scheduled day. The aftercare is filled with games, toys, puzzles, arts and crafts and books providing a child friendly environment with the warmth and comfort of a home.
